(1) The service provider who wants to operate the health insurance program must enter into an agreement with the board as prescribed.
(2) Subjects to be mentioned in the contract according to sub-section (1), conditions to be followed by the service provider and the provisions to be fulfilled shall be as prescribed.
(3) After the contract is concluded according to sub-section (1), the service provider shall provide the insured with the service according to the contract.
(4) The duration of the agreement made according to sub-section (1) will be five years.
(5) The service provider shall renew the contract three months before the expiry of the period under sub-section (4).
